Hotel staff, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and in room dining, is exceptional! They are polite, professional, and friendly. I enjoy staying at the Rodas even though I have a plethora of hotels such as Taj palace, St. Regis at my disposal. The location is superb with Galleria mall at your fingertips.
