one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at! the service was excellent and the food was delicious! room service was always quick and all of the staff were always happy to help with anything. the location was very convenient and the restaurants at the hotel were devine! and the croissants were one of the best i ever had!

This apartment exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful and communicated well with quick replies etc to any messages. The apartment was very clean. There is a washing machine like we have in UK (fully automatic!) which was a pleasant surprise. The AC works well in both rooms - bedroom and living room also. The manager also kindly let us leave our luggage in the place as we had a late flight - this was extremely kind and much appreciated.
