The service was exceptional. The staff were always asking questions about our stay and if we needed anything. The room was cleaned twice a day. We used Ubers to get around and staff at the front of the hotel were always pleasant and highly efficient in managing the flow of cars arriving for drop off/ pick up. There is a restaurant/ business meeting lounge on the top floor and has great views of the city. We had daily breakfast, two evening meals, two lunches and one meal delivered to the room. The menu has a wide variety of international cuisines and was always first class. My daughter enjoyed the SPA massage.

There are no words to express how truly amazing this hotel is. By far the best hotel we've stayed at in India, even much better than the other Oberoi we stayed at in Agra. The location is also great, right in front of the sea. What makes it even more exceptional is the staff: highly qualified, professional and super kind. And the food is simply amazing. There are three different restaurants, one Michelin Star Indian, one Italian and one that has different kinds of cuisines. All spectacular. One huge thank you goes to Chef Sahil, his food was superb and he went a long way to accomodate all of my allergies. I can't thank him enough. Also, for gym lovers, the gym is great!

It was perfect. The stuff is helpful, attentive, kind, professional. Everything is done to make our wishes come true. The pool is wonderfull, the indian restaurant Masala is delicious. We had a room with indian gate view: so romantic!
