We stayed at this property for five nights and it was a nice experience, it is located right in the heart of the city which made commute very convenient, park street is just a five minute cab ride away, property is quite insulated from outside noise which is important. Property comes with all amenities that one would need for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, ironing facility, air conditioning, car parking, 24*7 security and laundry facility (on payment basis). It was clean and had bedspace for four people. Arun Malik is an excellent host, he was very responsive, we wanted some help regarding commute and shopping; he gave inputs which turned out really helpful. Will highly recommend this property.

Excellent location.Very close to Park street Metro. The hotel is smack bank in the middle of city. Very helpful friendly staff. The manager was very welcoming. We reached a few hours early. The manager was kind enough to prepare a room within 5 minutes.
Very neat and clean room. Good breakfast.
Would recommend.Definitely worth considering for the location and rate, instead of paying lot of money to 4star/5star hotels in the vicinity.

Amazing heritage hotel in the heart of Calcutta, located next to the American Consulate - so as you can guess it's a highly secured neighbourhood. The architecture is amazing, the facilities are superb, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. It felt like traveling back in time. They need to arrange a certificate for booking the foreigners guest . Today they don’t have it and booking.com should be inform this information in their site as well.
Unfortunately, I booked this hotel and but I could not stay there as they said they cannot confirm my booking after they saw my passport. Anyway, I will manage another hotel to stay in the kolkata

This really is a hidden gem and a fabulous place to stay in Calcutta. Everything exceeded our expectations. It is an oasis of calm after the craziness of Calcutta. We had a huge comfortable room with terrace and a large bathroom. Our suite and the communal areas were very tastefully decorated and the views from the dining terrace and swimming pool terrace were spectacular across to the Victoria Memorial and Howrah Bridge. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was also amazing value compared to other places we stayed in India.
