This really was my Goa dream coming true. Thatched roof bamboo and wood huts nicely set around a manicured sandy garden with leaning palm trees, and a restaurant right on the beach. All huts are identical so it didn't look messy like so many other places in Goa does. Surprisingly nice attached bathroom for a hut, and everything was as clean as such a hut can be, including clean sheets (not always a case in India). Nice furnished balcony outside the hut. Add to that SUPERB WiFi which works everywhere.

The hotel is very nice and new, the service is very kind and helpful. You need 10 minutes to the beach, which isn't so crowded.

Nestled within the peaceful area of Benaulim village(South Goa), Palm Grove Cottages is a 15-minute walk from a tranquil beach of Goa.

Everything was exactly like on the photos: may be not brand new but CLEAN, fresh, beautiful, stylish, cozy and quiet!!! You open the balcony in the morning and you see beautiful tropical garden, you have breakfast in this garden! You may hear some sounds from the street (well our room was the closest to the exit) but it was never too much even though we are quite sensitive to it. The breakfast is not much choice but there is choice and it’s good, tasty and we felt perfectly satisfied. The service was attentive but not disturbing ! Especially I want to mark the fact that you can get as much of pure drinking water as you wish without wasting plastic bottles - it was perfect water we drank it all the time without any issues. Thank you to the hosts very much!!

Comfortable, serene, beautifully situated, respectfully blended in with the fishing village. Extremely good value for money and a great find in a Goa more and more overwhelmed by cheap mass tourism. Staff were great.

One of the best homestays I’ve ever experienced—truly a home away from home. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Mr. Joseph is an exceptionally kind and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen, washing machine, TV with internet, refrigerator, supermarket at 1 min walk and dedicated car parking made the stay incredibly convenient. I was especially grateful that he kindly allowed me to charge my EV Car overnight at no extra cost. I can’t thank Mr. Joseph enough for his hospitality. A wonderful stay and a highly recommended host!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cozy apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was such a bonus to wake up to a beautiful field view every morning—so serene and refreshing. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach, and has fantastic restaurants/ shacks! Thanks to Denver who was very friendly and helpful and a click/ buzz away, right before the checkin to checkout. Overall, a great value for money with great location—we’d definitely come back!
