The apartments have everything you could possibly need. If there was anything missing, the owner was very quick to make sure all my wishes were met. The owner of the apartment lives nearby, so it was very easy to communicate and get in touch. The location is very good. You can even walk to the metro station and reach it in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live in Egmore and feel comfortable and safe, with all the shopping facilities nearby.
