I traveled from USA to India for vacation. Everyone treated me very nicely. Fron entrance>reception/lobby>food (waiter/waitress)>bar lounge> lastly, room service was the best.

Like the name says, it is THE PALACE. Loved every bit of our stay. One night wasn't enough to enjoy or explore the hotel. The pool, the ambience, the service, location, food, everything.... They were sweet enough to upgrade our pool view room to sea view, and it was wow.... overall was amazing......
