I traveled from USA to India for vacation. Everyone treated me very nicely. Fron entrance>reception/lobby>food (waiter/waitress)>bar lounge> lastly, room service was the best.

Absolutely amazing venue and team. Exceptional food, service and friendliness. A true 5-star experience from arrival through checkout. I have food allergies and the chef Raja personally walked me through the buffet to show me which dishes I could safely eat. This was a big effort as there were at least 50+ dishes on offer. Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. Excellent location - just few steps off the marina beach. The room was very clean and well designed. The kids enjoyed their evening in the pool. The host was very accommodating and their hospitality was much appreciated. The terrace was creatively designed fill with greeneries and it was very helpful in throwing a surprise party for my sister. The room has excellent view and witnessing the sunrise was pure bliss. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to stay again.
