Perfect view from the room and balcony overlooking the entire area, probably the best I've ever seen from a hotel. The staff were top quality, very polite, friendly and provided exceptional service. Room service was perfect and super quick, the food from the chef was some of the best food I've had in India without a doubt. The room itself was very aestheticially pleasing. Free tea, coffee, water, kettle, TV and bathroom essentials. It was cold in the room but they provided a heater on request. On checkout I had an early bus departure, I requested an early breakfast which they packaged for me. The price for food and bedroom itself was exceptional value for money relative to the quality of services and views provided.

The owners were extremely helpful with everything - above and beyond their professional obligations. Because of freak weather conditions, I was stranded in Manali - the roads to Delhi were impassible. The owners hunted high and low for a way to get me to Delhi, and I'm in their debt for all their help.
