I was extremely impressed with Wood Castle. We arrived late in the evening on our first night, and the staff were ready for us, served us tea, and made us feel very comfortable. The room exceeded all my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, and had all the utilities one could need. The bed was huge!
The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, we felt very welcome and safe.
The best thing, however, was the location. The street was very nice and quiet. It felt very safe with kids and uni students hanging out outside. Karol Bagh, in general, is a very nice area, with a big market that isn't as overwhelming as other markets in Delhi. There are both restaurants and bars nearby as well. The area and the hotel felt very peaceful to come back to after long days of sightseeing in Delhi.

We had an amazing experience in Neem Haveli. Great hospitality and friendship. We enjoyed the real taste of the old Delhi. The hotel has its own personality and this is what made Neem Haveli something unique. This will be our point of reference also in the future. It was like being at home! There is also a beautiful cultural centre.
