Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a really nice modern, friendly and safe hotel. We were so pleased with the reception when we arrived, how friendly and helpful the team were. The cafe for breakfast was great and a really good atmosphere. It was very nice to have complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby areas outside the room. After a long day travelling around the city, the snacks and drinks are really appreciated. The location is great to get around to a lot of sites

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
