Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. Although it is a four-star hotel, the quality of service cannot be compared with other four-star properties. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They interacted with both of us—my wife and me—in a very professional manner, and we could even communicate directly with the hotel management by email. Whenever we needed something, the communication was very easy and quick. Since the suites were fully booked, we reserved a double room this time, but next time we will make sure to book a suite a bit earlier. The hotel was also very cooperative in allowing us to leave our luggage there for two days and pick it up later. Overall, our experience with this hotel was absolutely excellent.

The tourist hostel is like a hotel with a restaurant that serves buffé lunch and dinner.There is the possibility of ordering food from the menu too. My deluxe double room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast included egg, fruit and Indian dishes. The location is very central with easy access to metro stations.
