This review is especially to appreciate Mr. Ankit for his excellent services, I travel frequently and have been coming here for last few years, Ankit welcomes very nicely every time and makes feel safe, he knows the places around here very well which helps a lot, for the first time I have found a place where I can stay safely with my family after coming from abroad. There are a lot of changes in the place compared to earlier and the cleanliness of the room is very good, earlier I used to come with my friends, this time I specially came with my family to your hotel in Delhi because the view and location of the hotel is very good.

The recently refurbished Shangri-La Eros New Delhi offers 5 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool. India Gate is 2.5 km and Jantar Mantar is 1.3 km away.

a beautiful welcoming hotel. a true oasis in the midst of Delhi the staff were all warm and welcoming with smiles and helpful service. Khushboo warm and extremely helpful made sure all our needs were met🙏🏻 the rooms were beautiful well kept and breakfast was amazing and rich. the gym well air conditioned and great.

I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible support I received from Anil, who went above and beyond to help with my travel plans. He assisted with booking my train tickets, then rearranged everything without hesitation when my situation changed, and changed again. Through it all, he remained helpful and humorous, and genuinely friendly, even while working a double shift. Nothing was too much trouble for him - promote him! As for the hotel, it’s a beautifully maintained colonial-era property that has been thoughtfully modernized without losing its charm. The bar was elegant and welcoming, the gym was well equipped, and the menu was excellent across the board. The food deserves a special mention - this was hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten which I guess you’d for hope in India - with plenty of high-quality Western options as well. The service matched the food, especially Sandeep and his colleagues on the waiting staff, who were warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Location was very good if you want to see lots of the monuments around central Delhi, plus be witness to the craziness of the Connaught with a safe and comfy base to go back to. Would stay again for sure.

I booked a room in this hostel for my elderly mother, and she was very happy with her stay. She traveled alone and stayed there twice – at the beginning and end of her trip, in different rooms. Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
