Great location, the staff were very friendly and always at the desk to help! Very flexible with check in/out timing. Breakfast was included (but I didn’t get a chance to try). Lot of shops and restaurants around the area. I used Uber to go around, and was very convenient. The pricing was also cheap!

My mum stayed there between 19 Nov -27 Nov and they provided her with exception service. It is really easy to locate and it’s very clean with a functional lift. They were very friendly and accomodating to her. She stayed for 8 days and in the future she would like to stay for longer due to the service she received.

I had an exceptional experience - forgot my wallet (international cards and currency) in the airport taxi sent by the hotel. I contacted customer service and they immediately acknowledged that the wallet had been found. They offered to ship the wallet to another city in India for me.
