We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza!Pooja was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for three people. Not to mention a fantastic bathroom with an amazing waterfall shower with great water pressure and hot water! The staff were exceptional—housekeeping took great care of all our needs, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also ordered room service, and the food was both delicious and delivered efficiently. Choosing a location in Delhi can be tricky, but this hotel worked out well for us as we had a driver to take us to different sites. The hotel’s location provided a great balance of accessibility and comfort. Would highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym but could see the pool from our room and it looked great with comfortable loungers positioned all around it

I simply loved it! A beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely nice - we arrived early, so they allowed us an early check-in, then they upgraded our room and also presented us aan amazing fruit plate and chocolates! That was such a nice surprise! I am terribly sorry I forgot the name of the lady at the reecption - she was so friendly so nice with us

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay! On the level where we stayed, there was a shared living room and a shared kitchen for 3 rooms. Their interior design is so beautiful and the way the light was entering the rooms was charming! The breakfast was one of the tastiest we had in India! The staff was also very kind and helpful! The area is nice, clean and quite peaceful.

I adore Bungalow 157. It is a lovely place with beautiful furniture and a nice breakfast. The best is the staff: Asonao and all the others. They are so welcoming, kind, and helpful.

We loved everything about Thikana Delhi! The location, the beautifully decorated room and common areas, the super comfortable bed, amazing shower, but a special mention goes to the crew, the food and the service. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable and the chef’s food is just absolutely amazing. We ordered some of the snacks and a vegetarian dinner - both were excellent. The breakfast is a whole feast in itself. Thank you Atul, Rohit and the team. We would come back in a heartbeat.
