The staff is the highlight of this hotel. The combination of professionalism with genuine warmth always makes me feel like I am coming back home.
Three staff in particular stand out:
1. Shehnaz (front desk staff)
2. Chetan (accommodation manager)
3. Chetan (Latitude restaurant staff)
These three were exceptional: thoughtful, going beyond the call of duty.
Blue diamond is lucky to have them. I hope they realise it.

Did not expect facilities that too in very good condition at such cheap price like AC, comfortable bed, clean and classy washroom, beautifully presented and tasty food. Staff courtesy and their personal attention to your smallest need is commendable. I would like to call out caretaker (Sumit) calm and pleasing attitude who helped me with booking etc.
