Booked it for 3 days, ended up living for 2. The property is at a premium spot, is a great location. But the timing was bad. We visited in the worst cold period of the year, and as expected the ventilation did not help.
Ended up switching to a hotel with a heater to ensure we had a decent trip.
Please visit this place anytime outside cheel kalan (dread cold) period of kashmir, or if you like extreme colds.
The owner is a great person, he drove us around the city to some beautiful spots for a reasonable fee.
