Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.

Our stay at the Al azrah hotel was truly lovely. Even before we got there, members of the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, always willing to aid us in anything we might need. The room was lovely and we always had hot water. The food at the hotel is also very tasty, we enjoyed tea and cookies every day. Would definitely recommend this place and will always be grateful to have been welcomed by such a lovely team at Al Azrah.

We have had a wonderful stay at Solar residency this week. The team were beyond accommodating by allowing us early check-in and late check-out to suit our flights. The General Manager, Mr Imran made our stay all the more wonderful by showing us true Kashmiri hospitality and making us feel right at home. The location has been very convenient and staff are exceptional - a big highlight of our stay. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping are thorough (Mr Nasir Ahmed and the team were wonderful), room service has been prompt and food from the dinner menu delicious.

The hotel was very nice, we were surprised by the absolute cleanliness, which meets European standards. The hotel manager was very helpful, he was able to advise interesting sites in and around the city, arrange transport, etc. We were very surprised by Srinagar, it is an exciting and quiet city. We met a few tourists from the West there as it has a reputation of being a risky place, which is not true at all. Nowhere have we found such friendly people. The city is much cleaner than other Indian cities, we felt completely safe and the old city's architecture is amazing. Recommend visiting, both the city and this hotel!
