After 22 hours of traveling from South Africa, it was so comforting to arrive at Apartments Reykjavik. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and cozy, and the shared kitchen was spotless and fully equipped. Our host, Maria, was the loveliest!! She is so kind and such a breath of fresh air. We loved our time chatting with her and hope to meet her soon again. We return to Apartments Reykjavik towards the end of our trip and cannot wait.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. I had to shorten my original two-night stay to one. The helpful staff offered me a room upgrade for the cancelled night and a credit for one night for future accommodation. Absolutely great customer service, which you don't find everywhere. The hotel has a great location and an excellent breakfast. Everything is clean and beautiful.

We stayed in the hotel twice. upon our arrival to Iceland for one night and again before leaving for two nights. The locations is great and in walking distance from city center, food hall, whale watching boat and more. The breakfast is amazing and generous. the deluxe rooms are big enough to accommodate 3-4 people. the staff were smiling and very cooperative and helpful. we highly recommend.
