The apartment is located in a super quiet area. Close to the train station and bus stops, and even walking to the city center is some 20 minutes, which is perfectly fine. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the rental unit includes two other smaller rooms. There is no common area. The apartment was newly renovated, and had all the necessary items in house. We were able to sleep well, we had our car parked out front, and we were close to everything.

Really good place to stay during visit to Bologna. Beautiful place with great view and jacuzzi on the top of the roof. Very nice and kind staff, we got everything we needed during our visit here. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and well located. We have really nice and delicious breakfast here, also very nice staff during breakfast time. Amazing coffee and pastries.

To Ornella, Olda and Ina, how wonderful these three ladies were to both of us. We were totally spoilt by them, and in particular, my wife who is a Coeliac was absolutely catered for with a wide variety of Gluten and Dairy Free options, even to the point of having Gluten Free snacks provided each day in our room. We couldn't fault our B & B experience. Thank you ladies for making our final stop in Italy such a wonderful one.

Breakfast was amazing, and the kindness of the staff a big plus. The restaurant is ran by a very efficient staff and is reasonably priced. Rooms are big and welcoming.
