The apartment was super. It was well located in the old town of Bologna, was nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Kitchen facilities were good. Paolo was a brilliant host - he made us very welcome; he provided welcome basic essentials - teas, coffees, wine, biscuits - and he made reservations at our request at local restaurants and organised a taxi for us on departure.

XIIGiugno Boutique is recently renovated and includes a living room with a flat-screen TV.

Valentina is a very welcoming host and was always available for communication. The apartment was very spacious, freshly renovated, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was perfectly clean, the bathroom was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We especially appreciated the good air conditioning and the fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent: it’s easy to reach from Bologna Centrale by bus, and the historic center is just a 5-minute walk, close to all the main landmarks. The neighborhood itself is also historic and full of character: the Duse Theatre is just around the corner.
