The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was superb and beautifully served.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of everything, making it perfect for exploring the city. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable, warm, equipped with all the facilities described, and ideal for two people. Guido was an amazing host, incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information about nearby supermarkets and restaurants and helping us find a way to get to the airport. I would highly recommend it!

All the people in villa very fiendly, we felt like a part of their family. Room very nice equipped with antiques. No TV, it would disrupt the atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

I can truly recommend this apartment for either a long or short stay. It really has everything you may need. The bus stop is right next to the apartment so you can get to the city center easily.

Our host Marco, met us, helped us park the car in the courtyard and gave us great information about Bologna. Good passion and enthusiasm for his city certainly was shared by us. You can walk everywhere from this apartment. It is very private, large and warm. The street via pratello has fantastic food. We had pasta, pizza, coffee, cakes, gelato and craft beer all from code to our door.

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a little patio outside. Air conditioner in living area was a bonus as we had days of 38 degrees. Safe and secure apartment in complex with lift. Amazing location, walking distance to many sights including the Arena which is only 5 minutes to walk, great if attending the Opera. Close to supermarkets. Very quiet area despite being close to everything. Vittorio met us at the apartment and suggested some good places to eat away from the tourist traps which were amazing.We would definitely stay at Rooftop Garden again and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great location at an affordable price.
