Room is big and comfortable, bathroom was very nice, big and clean. Room for luggage is very practical. The location is in the center, with access to drop off the luggage. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks very good English. Breakfast was very good, organized in the nearby cafe.

Best Plaza in town. The hotel truely is a hidden gem. it's boutique and very very cute, the rooms are cozy and the bed was paradise. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast - for we are in Italy - was unexpectedly rich and you can sit in the Winter Garden overlooking the plaza in front seeing the neighbourhood waren up. I loved every Minute.
