Nice room, bus stop just a few minutes away, and a friendly staff. They also provided some drinks and cookies/snacks in the morning, and helped us store our luggage. Definitely recommended in Florence.

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was excellent – we could get to the center of Florence by taxi in under 10 minutes. We especially appreciated how truly dog-friendly the hotel is – our dog was welcome everywhere, felt at home, and thanks to that, we felt very relaxed and comfortable too. We really value this kind of attitude.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — I slept better than I do at home!
The facilities were excellent, and every detail felt carefully thought out. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and elegant. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!
