Good place, close to attractions. The owners were really nice and helped us. The room was clean, with a balcony. We really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast were great, delivered directly to the room.

Third visit in 15 years. Would have visited more times, but could not make reservations due to unavailability. Ideal location, love that it does not feel like a hotel, has discreet signage, and a lift! The decor, in each room is unique and do not have that bland, forgettable sameness, that is what passes for accommodations in most cities. The bathrooms are EXCEPTIONAL !

Set in the heart of Florence, 2 minutes' walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, Hotel Spadai is housed in a historic building next to the Palazzo Medici Riccardi.

Very convenient and homely right next to the Duomo - Samuela and her team are just fantastic and this is a rare opportunity to live in a historic building with a 5 star feel. Must try for all those who want to get the best of the historic city centre of Florence.

This was perhaps our favorite stay during our trip, the apartment is gorgeous with painted ceilings, very spacious, two bathrooms and everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the location was super central and very easy to find and get to. The view from the window looking at the duomo was spectacular!! Our Florence renaissance dreams really did come true staying at Palazzo Gamba.
