Super clean and rooms ambiance is very good. There is coffee machine and everything looks new. The hosts were very nice, they gave me checkin instructions and responded quickly for my questions, and also on checkout they saw my luggage and offered me if I want to keep there for the day and provided me access to building and also common toilet.

Gorgeous B&B in the best part of Florence! This is a beautiful historic property that is still family-owned and run. Our room was so lovely and comfortable, and quiet at night. Martina was so sweet and was waiting for us when we arrived, and gave us incredible restaurant recommendations. We loved this area - so much less touristy, surrounded by all the best local restaurants and artisan shops, but just a 10 minute walk to the Duomo / Uffizi across the river. We would love to stay here again. Grazie mille!!

The property was great. Location was close to all tourist attractions. The interior of the room and common area were very beautiful and cozy and were perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable too. Communication was perfect, the host waited for us in the property on the day of check-in, and allowed us to keep luggage after check out for few hours.
