One of the best hotels in Florence. Near to the centre but in the same time very quiet place. Breakfast and its atmosphere were outstanding. You feel as you are on villa and you are very welcomed guest there.

Very near to everyhing, the room was very clean and big and the staff so friendly. Alessandro was very helpful and when we asked for an iron or slippers, he provided it to us.

Superstylish design and everything well-functioning. Pleasant, quiet, private, high ground-floor, facing the ancient city wall and next to the Arno river. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate privacy and aesthetic interiors. 10-20 minutes walk to Florence landmarks and the (other) tourists.

Location was excellent, in a quieter location but still close to the main sites around town, great cafe around the corner for breakfast and plenty of bars and restaurants within 2 blocks for dinner.

We loved the apartment. Everything was new and clean, and it had everything we needed for a short vacation. Daniele, the host, was very kind, accommodated all our requests, and also gave recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. The apartment is within walking distance of all the attractions in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Spacious apartment. We were here with our 2 teenage children and had plenty of space. The photos do not do it justice. The beds are comfy and the shower is exceptional. Great location, we walked everywhere with ease. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood inside the city walls. There are great restaurants within a 2 minute walk. We can recommend Pizzium... Fantastic pizza and service. NB. Most of the plug sockets take the new, skinny 3 pin plugs although there are some 2 pin ones too.

We loved this property. It was easy to find and conveniently located, an easy walk to all the sights. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need which made it possible for us to purchase local produce and make some meals ourselves. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was really big and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and had everything we needed. The check in process was smooth and easy and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of valuable information was sent to us about local restaurants and the area. I could not fault this accommodation and would stay here again, I wouldn’t even bother looking elsewhere. We have been travelling for nearly four months and this is definitely up there as a favourite.
