The room I exactly as described. The staff were very helpful. They stored our bags and even took them to our rooms. We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

Very nice Art deco design, spacious room. Room was clean and vomfortable. Very nice breakfast and the service was excellent. We had lively stay there.

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a kitchen and two bathrooms. The location was perfect – right in the center, but still quiet and peaceful. It was the ideal base for exploring Florence. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great apartment, lots of space, 3 bathrooms, which is great with a family of 5. Andrea, the host is amazing, so helpful and friendly. Great location - short walk to all the sites and so many restaurants, etc, in every direction.

Very stylish apartment just steps from Piazza di Santa Croce. Beautifully appointed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer available, very good customer service. The host (Marisa) was extremely helpful and even personally dropped off a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for Christmas!

This new hotel was everything we could wish for. The location is great. It is a ten minute walk to the old town and a very easy stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, but away from the crowds and noise. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of lovely fluffy white towels. And tastefully decorated. The rooms were soundproofed with beautiful soft covered walls and double glazed windows. We slept so well both nights as it was quiet and with internal shutters, you could make the room nice and dark. The staff are amazing! They were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us out when we were having trouble with booking a car. We will be highly recommending in this to friends that are looking for a great hotel in Florence.
