This was my favorite hotel, and it's also a little more expensive, but it's definitely worth it because it's literally a two-minute walk from the station. I highly recommend taking the train to Florence from Rome; your trip will be very simple. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a giant, comfortable bed. They carried our bags to our room. The bathroom is large and has a great shower. We had a problem with the drain being clogged, and they quickly fixed it and cleaned it all up. I would definitely go back. The bath products are great; there are even a pair of cloth slippers. We received a handwritten welcome letter and everything. Very good.

The hotel location was perfect, our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious and the wifi strong even outside the builiding! All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, they were friendly, thoughful, polite always attentive with a smile. We are thankful for their extra effort. Totally would come back!
