The location of the apartment was great. Just 15minutes to walk from the train station. It is really good place to stay and relax. Additionally, the room was very clean and well ordered. You can find everything you need. Everything was amazingly great about the apartment. However, the best thing related with this apartment is 'house holder'. She is the most wonderful host i have ever seen. She met with us at the train station and walked with us towards the apartment. At the end she helped us to carry our luggage to train station. She gave us tips and advises about the city. And each suggestion which I got from was perfect. In one word she is great.
I highly recommend this place to you for your stay at La Spezia.

The room was amazing. On arrival we were gifted a complementary bottle of wine for my girlfriends birthday, there was loads of space and everything was very modern and fresh. No issues at all!
To be honest, we were not the easiest guests either, we checked in late and lost the keys. Raffaella who worked at the front desk was extremely helpful, caring and friendly. Grazie mille Raffaella!
