This is a gem of an apartment for the solo traveller. Just 10 minutes walk from the station, and at the start of a natural itinerary past some of the city's best Baroque landmarks, it is perfectly situated for travel and enjoyment. Also, because it is in a side alley, you enjoy greater privacy, security, and peace at night. Andrea provided all necessary information and more. On checking in, I was delighted by the decor and facilities. You feel in touch with the old soul of the city, while enjoying the mod cons to make your stay comfortable. Though small, the kitchen is neatly equipped for tea, coffee and cooking basic meals. The bathroom is streamlined, again well equipped and modern, the shower excellent, the bed very comfortable. Solid shutters make it possible to block out daylight for a better night's sleep. Recommended strongly for the lone traveller. My thanks to Andrea for such quality hospitality.

Luca was incredibly helpful during the check in process. He was thorough with his recommendations and helping me get familiar with the city. He’s super friendly and a great asset to the team. The room was modern and clean and the team kindly upgraded me! The room was spacious and comfortable. TV was internet enabled so I could catch up with some things back home! It has a lift which is rare!

The Palazzo is really a fabulous place, really spacious and magical at night with the light in the courtyard. The team is lovely, special shout-out to Matteo and Alessandro for their help and advice regarding restaurant/bars etc. Lovely breakfast with local product and large variety of sweet/salty product. Unfortunately the pool/sauna is still work in progress but after showing me the area it looked very promising! The location is also a plus, within 5min walking distance to the Duomo Plazza.

Spectacular high ceilinged rooms in a grand old house. Excellent central location but also very quiet, no traffic noise at night. Comfortable bed in a huge room full of books and pictures.

The apartment rooms are spacious, very clean, and there is a compact kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that they provided 4 pillows for 2 people. We enjoyed having a good coffee machine and a large TV in the bedroom. The apartment is also cleaned daily, which is a bonus when travelling, and a large breakfast can be ordered. Elisa, our host, was amazing and so helpful with any queries we had about restaurants, parking, and even a hairdresser! We would highly recommend this apartment.
