This is a gem of an apartment for the solo traveller. Just 10 minutes walk from the station, and at the start of a natural itinerary past some of the city's best Baroque landmarks, it is perfectly situated for travel and enjoyment. Also, because it is in a side alley, you enjoy greater privacy, security, and peace at night. Andrea provided all necessary information and more. On checking in, I was delighted by the decor and facilities. You feel in touch with the old soul of the city, while enjoying the mod cons to make your stay comfortable. Though small, the kitchen is neatly equipped for tea, coffee and cooking basic meals. The bathroom is streamlined, again well equipped and modern, the shower excellent, the bed very comfortable. Solid shutters make it possible to block out daylight for a better night's sleep. Recommended strongly for the lone traveller. My thanks to Andrea for such quality hospitality.

Location was excellent. We walked to/from the railway station - about 10 to 15 minutes. Guesthouse was right on the edge of the Centro Storico and so the important sights were easily seen. Many restaurants were nearby. Several supermarkets were within 2 to 3 minutes walk. It was very quiet and the beds very comfortable so it was easy to get a good nights sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is excellent, and the staff was incredibly warm and kind. The photos match reality perfectly – the place is spotlessly clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Tullio was a gracious host, and very knowledgeable about the area. In the heart of old town, a very spacious room, comfortable bed, and felt very safe walking at night as a solo female. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning was a special treat!
