This was a lovely property. Nice facilities, very close to the town inside the old walls. Easy walking distance to the shops and historical sites. All the concrete staff were great. The morning breakfast ladies very friendly and got to know our orders quickly. Front desk staff helpful for any bookings or information.

The staff is amazing, they truly love hosting travelers, the location is excellent on a quiet side alley in historic Lucca where everything isn't more than a 20 min walk away, including the RR station. The breakfast was wonderful and the ambience of the hotel was very quaint and charming. I will only stay here on my next trip to Lucca.

We had a wonderful stay. As a family of 4 we were able to spread out. The location was perfect. And the apartment was comfortable, clean, and looked out over a piazza. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the A/C. The ZTL made it a little tricky to park and walk to the apartment, but it was easy enough to figure it out!

What a wonderful place to stay - so well located and with rooms that exceeded my expectations. The staff were really kind and helpful with any questions I had and the area was so safe for a solo traveller on my first overseas trip alone. I would really recommend staying here and just enjoying all that Luccas has to offer on your doorstep - also really well located to the train and bus station!
