The host was very welcoming & friendly, great location near tram stop, restaurants & cafes. The breakfast was great. The spa bath in our room was incredible- lots of space for your belongings too! Coffee machine was always refilled.

Beautifully organized and decorated place with extremely lovely, friendly and helpful staff, close to all places you might want to visit (Coin shopping center, Mestre Centro tram/bus station, …), restaurants and bars just a few minutes from apartment. No complaints, it was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mestre, Venice! The location is in a peaceful part of town, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The tram stop is just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Venice. The owner is an absolute gem. She runs a charming toy shop in the same building and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She answered all our questions and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay near Venice!

The owners were super friendly and nice. It was clear they care about the happiness of their guests. The room was nice, spacious, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast to be enjoyed by all. There were real roses in the room to make us feel more welcome, as well as a bowl of fresh fruits. Good lavazza coffee at will, with a fully equipped kitchen, just in case you’re not in the mood to eat out. Just a quick bus or tram ride from Venice train station, with the stop right under the windows makes it super accessible for travellers wishing to explore Venice all day long. They also let us stay a bit longer before check out due to the weather conditions without any problems.

Our stay at these apartments was absolutely wonderful and left only positive impressions! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, so it’s very easy to reach all the main attractions quickly and comfortably. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming — she met us personally and was always ready to help with any questions or requests. We especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail that made us feel truly at home. If we ever come back, we will definitely choose these apartments again!
