We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us — close to nice crestaurants, yet away from the narrow, crowded tourist streets.
The staff were truly exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Before our arrival, I mentioned that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and asked if they could give us the best room within our category. Instead, they surprised us with an upgrade to a two-storey room with a jacuzzi — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms, decorated in modern Venetian style, are very clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and every request we had was handled quickly and with genuine kindness.
Highly recommend — it made our time in Venice even more special!

It's called "Palace" and it's indeed a palace! It's located in the medieval palace right in the heart of Venice, 3 minutes walk from Saint Mark square. A lot of shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, Our room was quite large (especially comparing to other hotels), it was clean and cozy. We travelled in December, but it was very warm inside.
There's a great sun terrace on the roof! In our room we had a minibar with a nice choice of drinks and snacks inside, but there's also a bar open till the midnight where you can get drinks, coffee or deserts or even some meal. But the icing on the cake was breakfast. I haven't seen such a rich choice of breakfast options for quite a long time: warm meal, cereals, juice, toasts, deserts, etc., etc. And the breakfast is served in an astonishing medieval hall; when we stayed there, it was even more beautiful because of Christmas decorations.

A property with only several rooms so it's cozy and not crowded :) Owners/stuff are all so thoughtful and nice! We enjoyed our breakfast which were included in the stay - you could pick yourself the options from a breakfast menu. I'm sure that similar breakfast outside our stay would cost around 20-30€/ per person otherwise in Venice! The room wasn't really spacious but it has just enough space, including small table near big bed and the fridge. I loved the vibes of this place and it made our Venice trip even better! The location is very good, easy access to most interesting sights. The stuff even helps with suggestions for the trip route you can take
