The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. Love the glass room. Very clean and inviting. Comfy bed. Location was perfect for taking bus or train to Venice. We spent a day enjoying Mestre and found Interesting places within walking distance. Great parking facility.

Location is great. Just near FlixBuss station. Everything was clean. We specifically liked the balcony . The price is very nice. I was surprised to get such good quality apartment for such low price in Venice. Highly recommend !

The room was excellent – very clean, with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels, toiletries, and even a heated toilet seat. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The parking was secured with a gated entrance. The staff was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant – the food was delicious! Highly recommend.

A few days before arrival the host reached out to get all the informations for the Venice Day Pass. He made everything very comporable and convinient for us. Upon arrival he explained everything and was very friendly, also checking up on us a day after via Whatsapp if everything is ok. The Villa is gorgous, few minutes walk from the train station mestre in a quite area, close to super markets and restaurants. The kitchen is big enough to host a group comfortable and there is a beautiful garden to sit and eat outside. The rooms were all very spacious with everything you need. Very recommended!!!

The room was really too much clean and refreshing good smell and fully new furnished everything. Bed was so comfortable to sleep.Location was very good. it was just 2 minutes walk from the Mestre bus station. Stuff was too much friendly , helpful and communicative.Even I don’t need to worry about anything.. He explained me everything fully clearly and it was very comfortable for me what I needed. Even I was late to arrived the place and owner was waiting for me quite a long time.I am highly recommend to stay this place. I will come back again. There is lot of restaurants, coffee shop, small super shops was near this place , so it was not problem for me at all. 🥰And thank you so much to owner for his nice and friendly hospitality and conversation 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The owner was very nice and welcoming, the property smelled nice, unlike a lot of places, had all amenities needed for a traveler, including kitchen to dishes to laundry to drying rack. It was cleanest of all the hotels we stayed in Europe and had the biggest restroom. We were made feel like house guests and were treated very respectfully, it felt cozy like your own home. It’s 3 min walk from main train station and bus stops. Cafes and restaurants very close.
