1. comfortable 2. functional and get what I need. Oven, electric stove, fridge, washing machine (w drying function), walk-in closet 3. Just 5-10 mins walk to bus stations and metro. I did walk to the Duomo di Milano :). Vicinity to Cadorna Station is great bonus (express train to MXP airport + direct train to Lake Como) 4. Numerous restaurants within 3 min walk (but away from the noise therefrom) 5. Responsive and helpful host. Thanks for advising me strike of taxi drivers (of one of my days of visit)
