Well hotel was nicer than we expected. What makes it exceed expectations are the people who work there. Everyone from the receptionist to cleaning ladies and hosts do their beat to make you feel welcome. All the time!! It is a simple setup, but clean and well furbished. It is centrally located so expect town noise until 1am every day, but that is unavoidable in Central Naples. At the end I want to mention the people; they are all worthy of a 5 star hotel

We loved everything about Hotel Convento II The room was very clean and well ordered. Thoughtful touches added to the beauty which was in keeping with the area buildings. Very very near to everything and in the heart of all the action. The staff really made this hotel special. Friendly and welcoming and great for a chat. The breakfast was superb and again they have thought of everything. Though in the middle of many streets the room was quiet. We will come back and we will stay here again. Thank you all for your hard work.

It is a great room and easy to find. It is right in the middle of things so easy to navigate around to explore. Close to the port as well. Federica is so friendly and so helpful. She provided lots of local information and a great map which helped us to get around places. It was a great room and a good stay. It is up a lot of stairs as it states in the booking - there is no lift so be aware about carrying bags up. It is worth it though.

The location was great. Nice and close to the train station and you could get to other things quickly. Lorenzo was super helpful and he had a map with highlights for our stay. It was a perfect stay.

Great location, right in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli. Very comfortable bed, everything was super clean and so well kept. The studio has everything you need and Tonia the host made sure everything was perfect to the detail. She even prepared little gift bags for us, such a nice gesture. Such a great host, very welcoming and very helpful anytime we had questions, such a polite lady and very passionate about what she’s doing. We had tons of snacks, coffee and tea and everything else you might need. We felt right at home thanks to Tonia who helped make this experience unforgetable. The property is very close to the metro station, which we didn’t use anyway except for when we arrived in Napoli, because the location is great and every place is within walking distance. Can’t wait to be back!!

Fulvio was a very attentive and considerate host! The apartment was modern and spacious and had everything we needed. The historic center was 10 minutes walking distance as well. Definitely recommend this stay!
