Amazing! They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!

Great location at the Historic Center of Naples. Easy to go/walk to any place in the city. Many places to visit around as well as restaurants. At the residence you fill like at home. You hear no noise. The room is well equipped, nice space. The bathroom is a luxury one. You have additional space to sit near to the reception desk. Georgia was very friendly and flexible and provided any requested info.

The host was very kind and helpful, providing a lot of informations about the city. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with the windows facing a large inner courtyard. Although it was in the middle of the city, the atmosphere was very peaceful.

Our host Giesuppe was the kindest and most hospitable host ever!! he waited for us as our flights was delayed by 5 hours and we got in closed to midnight. He ensured that our transport picked us up. he literally came out to the main road to help with our bags. didn't trouble us to settle city tax as his priority was for us to settle down rest. Even though it was so late, both he and his staff took us into our room and greeted us with lemoncello and meloncello. Geisuppe sent us off too when we checked out. Helped us with the bags into taxi. He answers hs text messages immediately no matter what time. BIG TQ.

Everything was just perfect! The house is right in the center, big enough for a couple, really clean and you got there everything you need. The host is very kind and helped us with everything we needed, gave us a lot of details about the city, what to visit and where to eat. I recommend the place 100% if you wanna have a real Bari experience. We will come back for sure!

The property is very well located in the City center of the old city, namely it is on Spaccanapoli. It is quite close to everything in the Old city center, and you can easily go to the most important sights from there. Even if it is in the old city center, you can rest in the evening, as it is well protected from the outside noise. The apartment is clean with well maintained furniture &facilities.

We loved that the hotel was in the heart of Naples. Our room was above a busy high traffic area and yet we hardly heard noise! Our room was large and spacious with a sitting area that wasn't cramped. The breakfast servers were kind, and happy to be working with the guests. Coffee, tea, omelette and fruit selections were fresh.

It's a really great place to have both short-term and long-term stay. The staffs there are really friendly and helpful during my stay. The check-in procedure was quite clear and contactless, which I liked the most. I got the detailed instruction for check-in one day in advance, following the insturction it's just a 5 minutes work. For me it was a business trip and my luggage was delayed one day from the airplane, the staff helped me to collect it from the delivery when I was outside of the hotel, they are really supportive for the circumstances. The room is quite clean and modern, very comfortable and well furnished. For the location, it's perfect, close to everything including the train station and good restaurants. During the night I didn't feel that much noise from outside, it's a great choice for both vacation and business trip that you can rest very well. In general I would like to give 12 stars over 10, highly recommended.
