Hospitable Luigi and Cleaner lady. They answered our queries promptly.. the room is in the heart of the old town, at night the pubs are opened.. full of life. They provide ear plugs for those who want less noisy sleep

Everything was perfect for our two days escape to Napoli! I would definitely recommend it and would stay again there at our next visit. Easy to access, nice hosts, well equiped and spacious clean rooms...what else to ask??

This beautifully kept apartment was in the thick of the action. It was comfortable and extremely quiet. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t fault the unit. Tina was extremely responsive to any requests and even gave us some sightseeing options.

The Spaccanapoli gets a bad rap, but, for us, the chaotic mayhem of the street was exciting, SCBH itself is like an island of tranquillity in a torrent of wonderful madness. Our room was situated directly over the street, but good quality windows and big, heavy shutters largely mitigated for the noise. Other than its immediate surroundings, SCBH is ideally situated for walking access for all of the architectural, cultural and historic sites in which we were interested. It is also convenient for Napoli Centrale train and bus station if you want an out-of-town excursion (in our case to Caserta). However, be aware that the walk to and from the station is not one to undertake while burdened with luggage. One thing that cannot go unsaid is that the hotel is staffed by a small army of charming and helpful people. Would we return to Napoli? of course. Would we stay at SCBH again? Definitely.

We liked everything - central location, so close to cafes, bars, shops, delis, Archaeology Museum, beautiful churches. Also, a short walk to train station for trips to Caserta, Pompeii, Heraculaneum, Sorrento. Bus station is next to train station. And, a short walk to port for ferry to Procida or Ischia Islands. Good size room, cleaned daily and very comfortable with great little balcony for afternoon wine. Breakfast vouchers for friendly little cafe a few doors down. Communication was excellent. We arrived near midnight, but no problem as Rebecca met us out the front after taxi from airport.

The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed.
No need to bring a hairdryer as they supply one for you.
There was no breakfast but there was a coffee machine and a variety of teas. There was also a microwave in the communal dining area should you need one, which I thought was a great touch. They also supply wine glasses and cups etc. And there is also a kettle in the rooms.
There are so many bars and restaurants around the area.
