I think that out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in these last few years — and there have been a few — this was the one that surprised me most positively; it really exceeded my expectations. I think it’s the first time I’ve felt that the photos don't quite show what you actually find when you arrive at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati. The team is incredibly kind and available, super polite. The room (which, thanks to an upgrade we loved, ended up being a fantastic apartment) was exceptional in every way. The location and the view are breathtaking! The building is historic and gorgeous. Everything was wonderful. I just have to thank the team for the fantastic stay they provided us with.

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. Great value for money.

Everything was perfect. Roberto and Francesca were so lovely and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was great. All in all, a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

That was one of the most positive impression from our visit to Parma. Some periods it’s difficult to find suitable place, especially which is in good condition and have no problems with maintaining hot water boiler or finding any utensils. Brand new apartments with fresh interior and excellent location. Short walk to the centre, nearby central station and two streets from public parking. The owner assisted with our demands. Highly recommend!

The Palazzo Bianchi is extremely central - but still beautifully quiet. Well equipped and communication was excellent. We wished we’d stayed longer
