Simply fantastic, best location with free parking lot outside ZTL zone. Entering the lift at the ground floor to reach upper side/right in the center by their lift! ALL staffs were extreamly friendly and helpful with all the questions. Very clean. Breakfast area on the terrace was breathtaking. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

I just don't know where to start. As soon as you step into the hotel, that moment your day becomes incomparably better. The service upon entering the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance are simply magic. We stayed 3 nights and I regret that we didn't stay at least as long. Everything was perfect. Walking distance from centro istorico. Cosy, spacious and beautiful rooms. Davide (the owner) warm welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information about the city and the “must” sightseeing. He farewelled us with coffee, local products and an extremely positive vibe!!!!!
