We had a wonderful stay in Rome ! The room was cozy and stylish, and the breakfast served in bed was a lovely touch. The location is perfect, just outside the ZTL zone, but close to public transport and the metro, with the Colosseum not far at all. Everything was clean and well prepared, and the host was responsive and kind. A great choice for a stay in Rome. Highly recommended !

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every morning we had a delicious and varied breakfast with freshly made coffee served right in our room - such a wonderful start to the day. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet area, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro that connects you to the whole city. There are also several shops nearby for anything you might need. A special thank you to Valentina, the most amazing host! She was always there for us - kind, thoughtful, and ready to help with anything. What truly touched us was how she helped me organize a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - such a beautiful and personal gesture that we’ll never forget. Great place, a lot of shops, cafes and boutiques on via Tuscolana. Metro 100m away. Good availability of gluten-free food in vicinity. The service of leaving luggage in the corridor before checkin and after checkout came in very handy. Overall great experience.

Location for ease of access to the metro. Felt like it was safer and quieter area than others (certainly better than Termini). There are excellent osterie nearby (10 mins walk) for food that are not aimed at tourists and plenty of shops for a browse. The communication with the host was quick.

The room is in a very nice residential building in a quiet neighbourhood, easily connected to the centre (20-30 minutes by public transport). Spacious room with little kitchen and bathroom inside and another complementary kitchen in the common area with a Nespresso machine and other amenities. The owner bringing croissants in the morning was just an additional top detail. Our stay was fantastic, totally recommended.

First of all host was amazing, Eleonora is there to help you with anything you need. Place is really clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is nice also, just enough before you head out to the city to try all the food that Rome has to offer. Location is perfect sitting on metro line A which is the center line and you need 2 minutes to the station and 10 minutes to center. I will stay here next time definitely and i would suggest this place to everyone. 10/10

La Casa delle Tartarughe is such a charming place in an beautiful historic building. The location was perfect for us as it is near the metro station (3 stops from Roma Termini), and maybe 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. The location is perfect for people who like to stay outside the tourist crowds, but in the walking distance from all main archeological sites. The room was spacious with big windows, comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. Camilla welcomed us, gave us detailed instructions how to get to La Casa delle Tartarughe (even checked us in earlier) and gave us nice recommendations what to visit and where to eat. We will certainly come back again.
