Overall, our experience was amazing (10/10) at the Ancient Rome Colosseum Apartment. We stayed a total of 9 family members, including 3 kids, and our experience was exceptional. Since the booking time all the way prior to our arrival, the hosts were always ensuring we had everything we needed to prepare the apartment for our stay - including our request of a Baby cot. Prior to our arrival, the directions to reach the property could not be better, so our trip from the train station to the apartment went smoothly. As for the property, it was in pristine condition. All rooms with good size beds, modern kitchen and almost brand new facilities, with double bathroom, that made our stay feeling at home. The location is very convenient, away from heavily touristic spots in Rome in a family orientated residential area, but only 15-20 minutes away by bus (which is only 1.50 €), or 10 minutes via Taxi or Uber. The hosts, Liana and Martina were absolutely amazing and kind, providing us with all the information we needed to ensure we had a good time during our holiday. We will definitely come back next time we are in Rome.

We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure!

Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!
