The room was very clean, the facilities were good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room itself was virtually soundproof: my room was right next to the breakfast room, but you wouldn't think so, as when I was inside my room I couldn't hear a thing! The breakfast was of an incredible quality, and there were gluten-free options on offer, too. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

everything was excellent! Very nice and cozy rooms. Very friendly and helpful owners. The neighborhood is quiet and no more than 10 minutes from the center of Rome (you need a car). Parking was easy in public streets nearby the room. Value for money for Rome accommodation!

The property was clearly newly renovated and kept very clean and tidy! There was everything imaginable you would need, in fact, Luisa also left out ample snacks and extra things such as guides, a totebag, a charger, loads of small details that shows her and the property going above and beyond. I felt like I was at home, truly! 5/5 would definitely recommend and I will be booking again for my next trip! Also already recommended to friends and colleagues who want to visit Rome :)
