The room is very comfortable and has everything one could need. Everything - mattress, pillows, bathroom and common kitchen furniture and equipment - is very comfortable and of high quality. The cleanliness maintained is at an extremely high level - the room is thoroughly cleaned daily and the hygiene is at least as in a 4-star hotel. Technological improvements also create additional conveniences. Maurizio is a very kind and responsive host and is ready to give advice and help with any issues. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the common area of the kitchen and consists of an espresso/cappuccino or tea, a fresh croissant, toast with jam or chocolate, as well as the option of cereals, cold milk, yogurt, juice, fruits, biscuits. Each room has a labeled shelf in the fridge where own food can be stored. The location is not in the very centre but it was an asset for us to be away from the tourists crowds and in the same time close enough to get easy everywhere we need (2 metro stops or 25-30 minutes walk to Colosseo, 20-30 minutes walk to Trastevere, bus options also available). We would gladly be guests of B&B Easy again!

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities we needed. The complex is situated in a quiet area. The location boasts a vibrant neighbourhood with wine bars, local trattorias and the market. A stone's throw to the Colosseum with local hidden gems along the way. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Everything was amazing. Elena reached out a couple of days before our arrival with all the instructions, we did the check in after noon, so even when they weren't available to receive us personally we had all the steps to do our check in and the morning after were able to meet Elena who went above and beyond, giving us an umbrella because it was raining and we didn't have one. The room is equipped with everything you'll need, the beds are super comfortable and it was very clean, like a new bedroom clean. The location is perfect, we arrived from Termini in the subway. Also, if you just want to get lost in the city you just need to go out and start walking, I assure you will be able to find amazing things to do within walking distance. Thank you for everything, hope to visit again soon!
