The best nights sleep I had in Italy. This property is gorgeous, the beds are exceptionally comfortable and it was within a 5 minute walk of the coliseum. The staff was very friendly and helpful on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend this place.

Maurizio is very nice, he is always helpful. Rooms in a tenement house, a good solution for access to the building and apartment. Very strict hygiene standards, The location it’s great, close to public transport and train station. We even walk from Vatican and Trastevere. There is a lots of nice restaurants, cafeterias around.

Fantastic accommodation, highly recommended. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. 2 minutes from the metro with which you can reach everything in Rome. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Different complimentary snacks, fruit, water, drinks, tea and coffee were provided, which was very much appreciated. Girl at the reception is so kind and helpful with anything you might need. I would again stay here even if the reason for my visit of Rome wasn't in that neighbourhood.

All great, staff very helpful, room clean, comfy and in a lovely quiet little neigbourhood. There's lots of cafés 2 minutes away and you're right next to the circo massimo and colosseum. Recommend 100% :)

This is an exceptional little apartment, it's very modern and well-organised, perfect in every detail. It's also very quiet and safe too, because although it's in the heart of Rome, ona main road so it's easy to get there, the room is in an internal part of the building, in a lovely courtyard. Communication with the owner was very easy too.I highly recommend this place.
