The room, food and *especially* the service I received were beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet. The WiFi was fast. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The gym was *fantastic*. The staff were the standout though, and they went above and beyond to help me during my stay in Rome. They even provided me with a universal charger, without which I would have been in big trouble. Would definitely book again 😁
