Very clean spacious with a good location. The hose was very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. I was given coffee every day. The host was very helpful regarding checking in.

Good location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Room has aircon, huge TV and new windows that seem to insulate well from the noise of the Rome’s nighlife. There was even a delongi espresso maker and fridge in my room. Hot water is not an issue as it was mentioned in some previous review. You just need to let the shower run for a couple of seconds before hot water starts. The owner was very nice and friendly.

The structure is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the welcome was exceptional. The location is very convenient, it allows you to easily reach both the Tiburtina station.
