Very calm and safe place, quiet and private, shared terrace. The room was very clean and new, everything was perfectly tidied up. The common area is fully equipped, even for possible meal preparation. Coffee, Nesquick for free. Metro access is a maximum 5-minute walk, and bus stop number 23 (which goes past all monuments through the city center) is 50 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants are within walking distance. I recommend the shops near the metro station, so they are close by. Very helpful accommodation staff. I forgot a personal item in the room, and they kindly sent it to me by mail. We will definitely come back, and this accommodation only enhanced the overall captivating impression of Rome. I recommend it.

GREAT hosts: they kept in continuous contact before my arrival and have thought about everything. You will even find a essential cosmetic products if you don't have your own and ear plugs. The room is large and very clean with air conditioning! The property is very easily accessible (by metro or bus and entry straight from the street). Very nice kitchen, with coffee and quite a few options for breakfast!

The apartment is clean and comfortable.With Aircon, 2 separate bathrooms, 2 bedrooms,near the train station and supermarket.The place has no detailed picture of the building where the apartment is located or where the exact entrance is. But luckily since we contacted the owner upon our arrival, he was there at the main entrance waiting for us. The owner is very nice, friendly and hospitable. Very nice place and very comfy to relax after a tiring day walking around in some beautiful places in Rome. It was indeed one of the best vacation we had. Keep it up!! Until next time. Very smart and modern apartment with a balcony. Comfortable bed, excellent shower and facilities. Black out blinds and curtains for a good night’s sleep. The location is close to Basilica S Paolo Metro blue line so very easy to get about. Only 3 stops from Colosseum.

The staff is amazing! When we arrived, Walter was waiting for us and he took an hour of his time to give us recommendations for sight-seeing and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen that is available to the guests. Everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location of the guest house is good - there are many bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity, and it's quiet at night. The subway station is 10 min away on foot.
